This medal is so freakin cute! I need a race to meet my September goal and no local ones were available in my time crunch. I bought this cutie one and did a 10k at the park!
I really loved being able to run(walk) on my own time without rushing. I took my service dog with me and we had fun! We did the 5k. We complete it in 3 days. The Snoopy medal and shirt are Awesome!!!
My wife and I both did the virtual 5k. It was an honor to do so. I am 68 and use a walker. So I did my version of a backyard ultra, I did a driveway ultra. It's 130 steps around my driveway so I did 48 loops. It took me a couple of hours.
Fighting a infection from a brown recluse spider bite in my foot so had to knee scooter it this year but it being the 25th anniversary I couldnt pass it up
Had a major surgery and today was first day got out with the support of a friend. Didn’t think would do 5k. But pushed myself
Smokey and I completed 9.11 miles on September 11th.
I love this event! I've done it the last 4 years and will continue to do it every year. My husband and I did a different route this year and it was great! The medals are always really cool but this year's was a special one. Love it!
My husband Charlie has done the Denver 9/11 stair climb several times. This year commemorated the 25th anniversary. He does this walk in memory of the 343 firefighters that perished that day and for the hundreds who have died since from illnesses contributed to that day. This medal is a wonderful tribute!
Great event! I love doing virtual events on my own time as part of my training for longer races. I submitted this picture to Facebook and Instagram. On Instagram, I added that a portion of the proceeds go to education for children whose loved ones were lost due to events surrounding 9/11.
I run this event every year as I was stuck at the Newark Airport Marriott the week of 9/11. Once the attack happened, the airport was shut down. No traffic in, no traffic out. Our only outlet was to watch the coverage of the events of the day. On Wednesday, we found out that two of the hijackers on Flight 93 had spent Monday night at the hotel. It is an honor to run in memory of those who perished that day and for the first responders who rushed to help and save lives, some giving their life to help others. The ultimate act of selflessness and bravery. The least I can do is suffer a little discomfort for this great cause and remembrance of that fateful day. Never Forget! Michael Shaver
This event was a great way to give to the families of 9/11 victims and families.
Started at 0430 with no planned route, but from start to finish, my wife and I completed this amazing ruck together. For those who truly understand, 25 years ago changed the course of life for so many of us. I’m grateful that I had the opportunity to participate in and support an event that carries so much meaning. Thank you to everyone who put this together. For many of us, September 11th holds a deeper meaning that is difficult to put into words and may never be fully understood by those who weren’t there. Today, I’m thankful to remember, honor, and never forget.
This is the second time I've completed this event. I submitted my order and had my swag within two weeks. The shirt and medal are beautiful. I enjoyed doing this event and I encourage others to participate in events like this. Medal Dash does a great job. Tornado 🌪️

My 1st virtual 5K! Completed it near the woods in honor of Smokey Bear!
I took my Golden retriever for 1.49 mile walk then took her home and completed the run/walk at1 hr 37 mins! It was a beautiful late morning to do this with my dog.
It was a hot day but I took it slow. I would love to lose some weight but I need to stay at it
1st 5k in 9 month and 2 years post op from a major spinal surgery. Very proud I was able to complete the 5k!
This is the first virtual 5K walk I chose - NOT at the prodding of my wonderful younger athletic sister who lives out of state. I did it to honor my dad, who passed three years ago, on the anniversary of his birthday. He had given me an original Smokey the Bear when I was 5. It was clearly well loved. My mom made the hat and pants when parts started to fall off. Kinda like me now. My fitness level is lousy, with two recent knee replacements, but I staggered through it with my wonderful older sister cheering me on. The best of these events are personal, with quality swag, and are about more than speed of completion.
This was my first 10k and I couldn’t have found a more fitting theme than whataburger since I am in Texas. Love it!

I had such a fun experience completing the Whataburger virtual race through Medal Dash! I loved that I could complete the miles in my own way and on my own schedule, which made it feel motivating instead of stressful. Whether you like running, walking, biking, hiking, or other workouts, this race makes it easy to stay active and work toward a goal. The Whataburger-themed medal and swag were such a fun bonus and made finishing feel even more rewarding. Overall, it was a great experience that kept me motivated, and I’m already looking forward to doing another one!

I have enjoyed doing these medal dashes at my own pace and my own timeframe. This dash I wanted to complete in March but due to time restraints I did get it completed in April. I am very happy with my time. I wanted to be under two hours and I did it!!! it was more of a walk/jog but I’m still happy I completed it. I did not get a picture of myself. No one wants to see that. 😜
I appreciate the virtual option as I don't travel too far from home and gives me encouragement to be active and reward myself for completing my goals.

There has been many things I’ve had to accomplish but this by far has been the fun one thank you
I’ve done a few 5Ks through Medal Dash but this is my first 10K. I can’t run right now due to a torn meniscus but still had a great time doing this event. I love that I can pick the date and area that works for me. I will definitely be back for more events.
This was a birthday gift for my husband who is a big fan of Woodstock. We had a wonderful day together doing the virtual 5k (though we did 4 miles) and celebrating his birthday. 🤟😀
My first 10k. I loved it. I try to do one 10k every week.
The Pac-Man theme caught my eye, so I signed us up. This was a great experience for me and my kids. They were more motivated to know we were running with a purpose. It may have even given us the running bug.
