I took my Golden retriever for 1.49 mile walk then took her home and completed the run/walk at1 hr 37 mins! It was a beautiful late morning to do this with my dog.
I had such a fun experience completing the Whataburger virtual race through Medal Dash! I loved that I could complete the miles in my own way and on my own schedule, which made it feel motivating instead of stressful. Whether you like running, walking, biking, hiking, or other workouts, this race makes it easy to stay active and work toward a goal. The Whataburger-themed medal and swag were such a fun bonus and made finishing feel even more rewarding. Overall, it was a great experience that kept me motivated, and I’m already looking forward to doing another one!
I have enjoyed doing these medal dashes at my own pace and my own timeframe. This dash I wanted to complete in March but due to time restraints I did get it completed in April. I am very happy with my time. I wanted to be under two hours and I did it!!! it was more of a walk/jog but I’m still happy I completed it. I did not get a picture of myself. No one wants to see that. 😜
I’ve done a few 5Ks through Medal Dash but this is my first 10K. I can’t run right now due to a torn meniscus but still had a great time doing this event. I love that I can pick the date and area that works for me. I will definitely be back for more events.
This was a birthday gift for my husband who is a big fan of Woodstock. We had a wonderful day together doing the virtual 5k (though we did 4 miles) and celebrating his birthday. 🤟😀
The Pac-Man theme caught my eye, so I signed us up. This was a great experience for me and my kids. They were more motivated to know we were running with a purpose. It may have even given us the running bug.
Awesome event, helps keeping you motivated on your timeline. Many different options on how you accomplish your goals to achieve it.
The Swag alone is worth the money compared to other races I have done in the past 30 years.
Looking forward to the next challenge in inspiring me to stay active & healthy

While I got my medal and shirt a little after Christmas, the weather was such that I wasn’t able to do my virtual 5k until after the New Year. But once I started my my walk, it was smooth sailing!
I enjoyed my run— I planned to do a 7 mile run that morning but decided to break it up with a5k and a 4 miler. Little snow ❄️ and kinda cold 🥶—- PERFECT WEATHER 🤠🤠
Such a fun run and reminder of my childhood watching Mr. Rogers. It’s nice to be able to do it at your pace, wherever you want, and that there’s a nice timeframe to finish within. I’ll definitely be doing more virtuals with Medal Dash in the future!
I had an amazing time running this great race. I run on behalf of my wife who is battling cancer, also for the glory of God and for those who have trouble experiencing the joy of running ( like me a year ago when I was in a wheel chair) each step motivated me to keep pushing forward and preparing one day to run all of the Abbot World Marathons! Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this journey!
I did my 1st 10k of 2026. My boyfriend did his 1st ever 5k. Felt good to get back to walking after being stagnant for a few months!! The day was beautiful sunny and warm here in Georgia for early January!
