Shipping policy
All orders are processed according to the shipping timeframe shown on each event/product page. You will receive a order confirmation email and a day after event-specific email with details on how to complete the event, post results, etc. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped during the designated timeframe.
Domestic (United States) Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $4.95-6.95 flat rate shipping depending on the purchase size of your cart to the United States & APO. Our rates reflect USPS commercial rate shipping.
Only Hawaii and Alaska have a slightly higher rate, as shipping to those locations via USPS is considered an extra zone away.
Be aware of any applicable USPS delays in your local market, since we have no control over those issues that arise. Check with your local postal team if any local delivery issues occur.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Japan, Australia, and Canada
Countries we don’t ship to: At this time, we do not ship to any other countries outside of the ones listed above and the United States. This may change at any time with additional countries added, so stay tuned! Please note the shipping times noted at checkout, typically 14-21 business days for most countries from the U.S.
International Shipping is included in the product prices shown to all of our current countries that we ship to!
PLEASE NOTE: Your order may be subject to import duties, tariffs and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country, and then to your front door. Medal Dash is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the participant in respective country.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available once you receive the tracking email.
If you haven’t received your order within (3-5) business days in the U.S. or (21) business days for international orders after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please check your tracking first and if needed, contact us at theteam@medaldash.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds/Returns/Exchanges/Damaged Package
All event registrations are final and there are no refunds or exchanges 15-minutes after the completion of your purchased registration(s). All participants must double-check their shirt/tank size selection for accuracy (if applicable with a shirt in your cart) before ordering and refer to the sizing chart link shown on each individual registration page as needed under the shirt selection dropdown. Shirt/tank brands can occasionally vary event to event, based upon availability. Occasionally, we do have extra shirts available for an additional price if a different size is needed after you receive your event packets, reach out to us at theteam@medaldash.com for purchase details on a case-by-case basis based on availability.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at theteam@medaldash.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution to ensure you receive a high-quality race kit!
Incorrect or Incomplete Address & Reshipping Policy
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us by USPS due to an incomplete, invalid, or incorrect address, a $10 reshipping fee will be required to cover shipping and handling before the order can be sent back out.
If USPS does not return the package to us (for example, it is lost, abandoned, or unable to be recovered), we will be unable to resend the order without charging the full original order amount to cover replacement and shipping costs.
